Shipping FAQs

What countries do you ship to?
At present, we ship orders to Australia and New Zealand. We endeavour to expand operations globally next year.

What is the cost of shipping?
Mon Cheval currently offers flat rate shipping through Australia Post.

AUSTRALIA

Standard shipping = $10 aud // FREE with orders over $150
Express shipping = $15 aud.

 NEW ZEALAND

Standard shipping = $20 aud // FREE with orders over $200

Returns and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are only available on full prices items or if the item is faulty.
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or if the item is not suitable.

To exchange an item, the product MUST be in original condition (unworn and unwashed). Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. 

If you have a faulty item, we ask that you please reach out to us at info@monchevalequestrian.com.au and one of our team members will be in touch. 

Refunds will be provided if a product is faulty and Mon Cheval Equestrian does not have a suitable replacement. Providing a refund is at the discretion of Mon Cheval Equestrian.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge.
